Sibusiso Molefe aka C tutor J is a musician, entrepreneur, and a family man. I am a proud product of Sada in the Eastern Cape South Africa. I am now in my 3rd decade as a member of the arts industry. I have contributed towards youth upliftment and development in the Eastern Cape for years through arts organisations such as South African Arts & Culture Youth Forum (SAACYF – Regional Secretary), Cultural and Creative Industries Federation of South Africa (CCIFSA – Provincial Audio Visual and Media Coordinator) and more.

I have a long career in the media industry starting from community radio and newspaper writing and editing local news and producing radio shows, then I went on to be part of a two times national award nominated drama series (Uhambo Lwethu) and a nationwide syndicated educational drama (Side-by-Side) under the SABC Radio team of TruFM.

Alongside this, I have been successfully touring for two decades as a rapper known as C tutor J without even a single album release on my name. I attribute my resilience and recognition to the work I do off-stage. I am always involved in community development and artist development in schools, rural areas, and more.

My entrepreneurial journey follows the same model. I am interested in unearthing the hidden talents in the most unexpected of places. I am passionate about creating beautiful outcomes from the least great circumstances and minimal resources.
